Yes. The Bronze Tier is completely free. Companies and Scouts start with free match credits to test their home market. You only pay when you decide to unlock international markets or purchase additional credits. No hidden subscription fees for Bronze users.
We partner with Stripe Connect to guarantee 100% secure, zero-risk transactions. When a deal is struck, the buyer's funds are securely held. The funds are automatically released to the supplier only when the logistics tracking confirms successful delivery.
We only win when you win. DemandFirst charges a small success fee on closed deals: from 2.5% down to 1.5% for Companies and Demand Scouts, and from 5% to 10% for Experts and Agencies, depending on your Tier. There are no upfront listing fees to post your inventory or demands.
On-Demand Experts are highly specialized, verified professionals who can be hired directly inside an active Deal chat to unblock cross-border trade. They provide pay-as-you-go support across vertical roles—including international marketing, cosmetic formulation, customs regulation, legal advisory, and finance/accounting—ensuring your deals close safely and legally.
